          分娩像是一場(chǎng)重體力勞動(dòng),消耗媽媽的體力;照顧新生兒又頗費(fèi)精力。新手媽咪確實(shí)需要通過(guò)合理的飲食來(lái)調(diào)補(bǔ)身體。授乳媽媽為了供應(yīng)足夠的高質(zhì)量乳汁,更需要提高維生素的攝取量,包括適當(dāng)提高維生素B1、維生素B2、煙鹼酸、維生素A、維生素C的攝入,還需要保持一定量的鈣、磷、鐵攝入量。

          坐月子就是不停地吃發(fā)奶物,使勁地喝滋補(bǔ)湯汁,就這樣經(jīng)過(guò)30天惡補(bǔ),體重甚至超過(guò)分娩前!真是這樣嗎?胡吃海塞不科學(xué)!

      現(xiàn)在8個(gè)月了,收藏了不少人的月子餐單,發(fā)現(xiàn)很多都是copy自同一個(gè)源頭的!根本不適合廣州媽媽的飲食,就拿那個(gè)麻油豬肝來(lái)說(shuō)好了,現(xiàn)在的豬肝全部打了激素,含大量的維A,不信搜搜“孕婦禁忌食物”里面,說(shuō)得很清楚的,對(duì)身體無(wú)益而有害,況且也說(shuō)豬肝豆仕是會(huì)回 奶的,除非是不想母乳喂養(yǎng)的媽媽。
      我決定把老人家傳授的,近期坐完月子的親朋好友的經(jīng)驗(yàn)餐單綜合一下,自己設(shè)計(jì)好一份適合自己的月子單,提早做好交給準(zhǔn)備月子照顧我的長(zhǎng)輩,也順便相應(yīng)主題。,分享更新的好東西給各位,不要再用網(wǎng)上那份流傳了n年不變的過(guò)時(shí)餐單了。
